NAET Self-Treatment Instructions

The Gate Points of NAET 

General Information:
Massage each of the points listed below for 30 seconds while keeping vial in contact with the skin.
For additional help in finding the acupuncture points, please use Google Image by searching the name of the point listed in steps below or see below diagram.

For self-treatment: Complete the following steps while holding the vial(s) you have been given; Hold for a total of 20 minutes in order to complete 1 treatment. You must keep the vial in contact with the skin. Many people find it easier to place the vial in their sock after massaging the gate points.

** If you are simply re-centering the treatment after accidentally coming into contact with the allergen, then NO vial is needed.

Steps:

Hold vial in your hand while massaging the following acupuncture points beginning with the right hand for one minute each (see diagram below)
